Property was clean, reasonably priced, and less than 10 minutes from the Metro into DC. There is a shopping plaza less than a 5-minute walk away that had numerous dining options. I didn't care for the leaf blower outside the door a few minutes past 7 AM this past Monday though.

Warm was Luke warm, smoking room with no ash tray, ice machine room was locked and then they charged me $10 they said the wash rag was used. Of course it was. SMH
