Both coffee machines giving up on the same day one of the lifts broke down and a large group of overseas visitors arrived. They arranged hot water for drinks and the kitchen staff worked really hard keeping the buffet stocked. My double room was large and comfortable "

"Not a particularly well equipped room. Booked a triple family room, a grand total of 4 pillows between 3 beds. 1 Coffee cup between the three of us. Air con motor was quite loud. The train line is very noisy, there is little / no insulation to this. If I stay again, I will ask for a room the other side as it woke us all up in the night"
