Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Pros: Der Gastgeber war super Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Grösse. Die Lage der Finka gut gelegen. Sehr nah an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Städte sowie Ausflugsmöglichkeiten Cons: Nichts"

"This is a lovely spacious villa with a beautiful garden and pool. It is a short distance from Pollenca town (20 min walk or short drive). Only a 10 min drive to the beach (Port du Pollenca). Nice outdoor seating area. Two kitchens! One of these has a bbq. Kitchen quite basic in terms of equipment. Beware there were no basics like salt and pepper, water etc when we arrived and only one toilet roll per bathroom! We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the villa and location."
