"Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. The recently renovated bar located inside the hotel was excellent, although lines got long during happy hour. 24-hour front desk with friendly and knowledgeable staff. "The hotel has been recently refurbished and is spotlessly clean and the rooms are well appointed with very good showers!"

"It was our second visit to this Hotel, and we loved almost everything about it - especially the breakfast, and the Bar - both excellent. The only 'fly in the ointment' was the UK TV reception. We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! There are basically three English TV programs available (BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News) - all three of these stations were horribly pixelated about 50% of the time, making then almost unwatchable. We drew the Reception's attention to this three times during our stay, and each time they did try to effect some improvement, the third time getting out an aerial expert to (I think) realign the satellite dish. This helped a little, but it returned to the same problem within a day or two. Then we gave up. I think they really need to get some new equipment, which is actually up to the job! Sorry Hotel Daina, we loved everything else, but the TV was soo frustrating!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food and drinks was very good. The restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service. Our only criticism was that our initial room (401) was extremely small and not what we expected. However, after speaking with reception, we were moved to room 405, which was much more comfortable and made a significant difference to our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location with excellent staff, and we would happily return."

"Great find. Location was excellent, central, 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants, 7 minute walk to beach. Quiet at night, great bed and best air-con ever, effective and quiet. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Best breakfast ever, table service and served outside on side of plaza. Beautiful rooftop terrace with plunge pool, no problem getting a sunbeds."

"Flora was a great base for our holiday, close to the beach, the bus station and lots of cafes/ restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, Hope in the cleaning team especially. The pool was fantastic for my daughter, with adequate seating/ loungers for early in the season. The room was good but basic, had what we needed in the kitchenette. Basic cleaning supplies were provided. It was a bit tired overall and could do with decoration/ some resealing in the shower. Evening entertainment started at half 9. We did not eat at flora but the pool bar was great. Overall a great place to stay for a young family. Thanks!"
