"Close to airport. Nice rooms short drive to turist and central area"

"AC not properly working in our. Last night they had to move us in another suite due to rotting smell. Did not offer any compensation although we had been there for many nights. Never go in this hotel again "

"The staff at the hotel front desk were very friendly. However, the shared bathroom/shower was not clean most of the time and not well designed. The bedroom was ok although a bit depressing. The common areas were clean and comfortable. "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Breakfast was really good "

"Parking is safe, next to metro station ( only 3 mins by walk). Clean room. No air conditioning ( in 25/26 temperature it was still set to winter hot air) and in the surrounding there is construction thats why it was noisy to open the windows Towels were not cleaned as well. "

"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around. "
