Comfortable stay a bit always from the city. However, it worked for us as it was a busy pride weekend in Madrid and we were happy to be away from the noise / fiesta. Taxi services were easily accessible so the location was not a problem for us.

Pleasant stay, room was typical city hotel size. Extra bed for a child makes it very tight. Batheoom was very dated. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff very friendly. Pool was too cold to use even though it was 33 degrees.

Gorgeous Hotel, it’s like new and in a prime location to access all the main attractions within Madrid. It’s not central to the City but is ideal for the Airport/Central Madrid/Bernabeu and Athletico Stadium

Our room on the 3rd floor corner room as my request, the room was very hot and we mentioned to the staff was told will come up and check on us maybe could change the room, he never shows up! Luckily I’ve got a personal fan that helps us through the whole week!

Very nice location a little bit out of the city centre but easy to get there, everyone was very accommodating and the facilities were very nice, there was always a good selection for the breakfast and the gym was well equipped definitely would recommend and stay again

This hotel was a nice find

Room was very clean and tidy. Room also had air conditioning, so I was able to cool the room in the evening before sleeping. The hotel's main areas were well maintained. The lobby bar and dining areas were very nice. I enjoyed breakfast and a cup of coffee daily.

The property was chosen because it was closer to the airport. The lobby was nice. The check in procedure was fine. When we got to the room, the temperature was 27 degrees Celsius. It was 33 outside. We tried to get the A/C to work, and ended up getting hotel staff to help. The A/C never went below 24 degrees for the two night stay. No apology was given, and no remedy (another room) was offered.

One day stay, it was very clean, parking on the street was easy to find, bus station to downtown is around the corner. No coffee maker, fridge, microwave in the room so I would probably not stay more than a couple of days.

The staff in restaurant were very rude. We ordered cocktails which took almost an hour. They didn’t know how to make anything we asked for despite it being on the menu. It became a joke in the end we had to settle on a beer and a warm glass of wine! Which the waiter brought over and said this is warm. The table was broken. It was comedy bad! The pool was closed. The reason we booked the hotel. No apology. No mention of it on the website. The air con didn’t work in the room.

The property was located near the airport and stadium but when I had to move my booking by one day they refused to refund me although I called them and made Expedia interfere but even though when I arrived they refused to refund me. Hotel is very convenient in location but not much amenities available
