Room was spotless. Excellent location for Bernabeu. Wifi was great. Comfy bed and good shower. Kitchen facilities were great also. 5 Min walk to Prosperidad station.

Excellent property in a very accessible location. Located between Alfonso VIII and Prosperidad metro stations, there are plenty of shops for grocery, dining and gifts and easy bus and metro links to all parts of Madrid. The apartment itself was clean and modern and suitable for a young family of 4 like ours. I will certainly be staying again.

This place was a great stay for my family. We were comfortable and I loved that it was easy access, no stairs to deal with. Didn’t like much the neighborhood, everywhere wanted to do was quiet a distance but other than that it was a good stay.

Great location! 3 blocks from bus station, 5 blocks from metro station a couple of stations away from main attractions. Also very close to airport. The apartment was very nice and clean and check in instructions were very simple. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here again when I visit Madrid the next time.

Perfect for families

Clean, spacious and well-kept property. Ideal for families with it's ample kitchen and laundry amenities. Close to public transportation and restaurants. Efficient digital key, no problems encountered with access.

I really like the apartment suite feel like laundry, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen. I spent my time touring the city so I did not get to do laundry but was able to get more towels from cleaning staff at the site. If we had stayed another day we would have had to go out for toilet paper and paper towels which we did not like.

Not Secure

Room interior fine, however it opens directly on to the street and lacks sufficient locks on the door (just a key-code lock, with no deadbolt). Tried to move rooms but was told there was no issue. Would not recommend for women and families.

Solo tengo una objeción sobre el alojamiento… para dos personas puede resultar excelente pero para 4 me parece una “estafa” que cobren por dormir en un sofá cama que no está en condiciones para ello. Cobran como 4 huéspedes cuando solo pueden descansar 2. El sofá es horrible para no descansar y que encima te cobren por el.

Me gusto que tiene todo para una estancia comoda y practica para realizar tus alimentos la cocina esra equipada hay cafe y cafetera , tiene buena ubicacon , hay 2 lineas del metro muy serca y paradasdebus ,nos desplazamos muy facilmente de la ubicacion , muy tranquila la zona si subes a la calle lopez de hoyo encuentras tras de todo ,mercadona,marcados ,bancos ,restaurantes,tiendas de ropamuy barata ,zapaterias ,etc. Estan los churros famosos de san gines y sin tantas filas como la de plaza mayor ,ami familia y ami nos encanto para ir al aeropuerto nos fuimos en metro y muy bien ,gracias!!!!!
