"The hotel had a great atmosphere and it is pretty. Staff is not well trained and food is bearable. reception: we had a terrible experience. Check-in was delayed. Staff was unfriendly. Didn't give clear instructions for spa and pool area. We kept asking about towels and they didn't have a clear answer. Turns out, you need to rent the towels, but they also did not say where or showed us the towels. "The house is clean, well maintained and very spacious for our 5 adults who stayed. The complex is safe, very well maintained and the pool area is very nice. It is in a quieter part of town so be prepared for a walk to the restaurants but we didn't mind it and, at the end of the evening, a 20 minute walk helped to walk off the delicious tapas! Antonio was a very polite and responsive host and made the experience of booking his property very easy."
