"What a gem of a place. We wish we discovered this spot earlier in our trip. Big, clean , spacious apartments . The staff are SO lovely and helpful they make everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this spot. Oh and the nearby beaches… out of this world! We hope to return one day."

"Fantastic holiday at the Alfagar alto da colina. Staff where all very helpful. Especially lovely lady on reception, borrowing us a tiny screwdriver to allow us to get a very unhappy 5 year olds new toy batteries 😊. Aria thanks you. Bar staff were lovely. Very friendly and attentive. The apartments are big and spacious, even the one bedroom we were in. Self catering option, with everything needed to cook basic meals. My only grumble was no freezer, and the tiny ice box in the fridge didnt...

"Resort was lovely with easy access to the beach within 3 minutes. Lots of different areas to sit around with many pools. Breakfast buffet was lovely. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. Would recommend and we would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees.
