"My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel in general was well kept up. I have no complaints--and the price was more than reasonable."

"The room was clean but the bed was very firm. The bathtub wouldn’t drain after its first use but they did fix it the next day. The breakfast was incredible. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It was in easy walking distance of everything I wanted to do while in San Francisco. I did however only had a view of the commercial air handler and roof, nothing else! That was the most disappointing, anything aside from the mechanics of the building and roof would have been appreciated. "

I have reached out through multiple emails, called multiple times and talked to AI and people who were unable to help and have been left with no resolution. Contact with management/staff has been difficult."
