"I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. "This is a fantastic place to stay, accessible only with a car, about 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Beautiful setting, comfortable modern room with lots of space and amenities. Amazing breakfast (best croissant I had in france), very accomodating staff."

"The owner Chris was keen to welcome us along with his lovely 2 lab retrievers. Chris is full of local and world knowledge. The bed and bedding were by far the most comfortable I experienced in Europe so far. I wish I could have stayed longer! "
