I am writing to formally report and request immediate resolution regarding duplicate charges incurred during my stay at your hotel on February 14, 2026. According to my records, I was charged twice for the same transaction in the amount of $1,316.91 on two separate credit cards: Wells Fargo Credit Card: $1,316.91 Citibank Credit Card: $1,316.91 Booking/Reservation Number: 7313630294684 Confirmation # 150576RA01460 This appears to be a billing error. I respectfully request that you review this matter urgently and process a refund for one of the duplicate charges without delay. For your reference, I have attached copies of my credit card statements showing both transactions to support this claim. Please confirm receipt of this email and advise once the refund has been processed. I would appreciate your prompt action on this matter, as this involves a significant amount.
