It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and the elegant. Breakfast is good but supply is inconsistent. Seats and moving space is too tight in th breakfast area.

Cold and unwelcoming reception. Carpets had multiple stains, it felt so uncomfortable to walk on. Multiple lamps in the room didn't work. Close to Wafi Mall and insurance metro station. Good coffee options around.

The hotel had the best service. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and fantastic from the bellman at the door to the front office supervisor, the F&B supervisors, the restaurant servers to the chef.

This was a great hotel very close to a Metro station. It was fine for me because I was on a working holiday. If you wanted more atmosphere, restaurants and nightlife, then I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The area is very quiet and there are lots of hospitals around the hotel and not many restaurants within walking distance.. it is also quite far away from any of the beaches and there are no shuttles from the hotel to the beach.

nice hotel, clean , but half board and full board has lots of riders, very limited options for food, no buffet, you can only have one starter, one main dish and one sweet, qualtity is aslo not adequate very limited !! break fast has good options and there is buffet -so it is good.
