We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family. Every detail of our stay was handled with such thoughtfulness, and it was clear that the entire team takes great pride in making their guests feel valued. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and heartfelt hospitality made our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. "This resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff especially WAQAS was amazing, he went above and beyond to get me the right room and had it set up nicely for me. I never felt so at home. The food was delicious. Jumeirah Muscat Bay really stole my heart and I cannot wait to go back! I loved my time there. Also the beach is soooo beautiful, soft sand, clean, warm water, this is a slice of heaven!"

"Where to even start. First and for most the staff. From the reception to the mangers to the gardeners every single person intact with or just pass by was excellent. The place itself - was brilliant - I literally could be here all day pointing out all the great things. It’s a must for everyone. If you do stay here wound deffo recommend hiring a car as you are in the city and there are the most amazing places to visit in Oman in the rural side. "
