Property was very clean. Room was spacious and staff was accommodating. Access to the public beach from the pool grounds and close to the opera house. Breakfast was just so-so. They were short on seating, plates, glasses, and always out of drinks. Both mornings we had nothing to drink at breakfast. Only one morning we managed to get a coffee.

Room lovely , staff not so friendly and I was travelling alone which I don’t think helps . After a week in Oman and I had looked at a couple of the other large hotels before my stay in the Intercontinental, I wish I had stayed at the Crown Plaza or the W . The location of the Intercontinental is great though close to the Opera house
