"We had a great stay as a family of 4. Excellent service all round. Breakfast very good, on-site restaurants also good and there are more food options within walking distance. The pools are lovely. The concierge and staff were brilliant, can't do enough for you. We used the salon and gym, both great. The 2 things i would improve - kids club was very basic with no activities organised, and the kids pool could have been heated. "

"A very nice manager, unlike the lady at the front desk, who forgot about us. Huge, almost gigantic rooms. Kitchen with a refrigerator. Very friendly staff (except the lady at the front desk). A wonderful heated rooftop pool with jacuzzi. A good and varied breakfast. Ample underground parking. I recommend it."

"I am sad to say that while it was my fault for leaving my AirPods in the room, I subsequently emailed the hotel 3 times over 3 days, each with no reply. Not even a “we didn’t find them” or “sorry we can’t send it to you.” For a chain hotel I am disappointed at the lack of decency. Beware of the integrity of this hotel’s staff."
