Snorkeling in the Lagoon or Bay is some of the best in the Yucatan. A trip would not be complete without a swim, a refreshing drink and some shopping on Akumal Bay, an easy stop as you arrive in North Akumal. After visiting local arts and cultural shows, kick back in your condo and relax! Maid service is provided 6 days a week. There is a crib and high chair available for your little one. Akumal is small, and easily walkable if you like to walk, it takes about 30-45 min end to end. If not, there are bikes and golf carts for rent locally. This is a great area to have a rental car as there are so many places to explore. You can also call in a taxi, or get out to the main highway and flag down a collectivo anywhere, or, take a public bus from a bus stop.
