I called them and they sent someone out to guide me into the area. Then they helped me setup my parking for my stay. When we got to the riad, we were treated so kindly. "This was very friendly riad. Manager is super helpful, after checkin he tells you little about Fez and Medina. He can provide you a tour guide if you want.
