"I chose this place after a great amount of research and it didn’t disappoint. its a short walk through the gate into the historic medina. This is a riad with a large atrium and a separate external garden with small pool which is unusual for the dense urban location. It only has 8 rooms on two floors but they are very high and the light filled atrium is large and immaculately ornate giving the whole place a palatial feel. The terrace had outstanding views of Fes. They were so helpful for booking trips to the Sahara and Chefchaouen and took a lot of stress out of the planning. "Great place and of great value. A place to stay in the heart of Medina-Fez. It is about 7min walk to The University of al-Qarawiyyin (Arabic: جامعة القرويين). Included breakfast is very good and my personal favourite and preference is that the toilet has Bidet (portable shower). Omar Fez, the manager, is very receptive, hospitable and available as needed. "Very kind staff that gave me all the support, informations and very cool reception with a good mint tea. The parking is on the street but easy to find place to park. Also a good location and in 10/15 minutes walk youbare on the medina. Could improove the bathroom comodities and also blankets and towels could be improoved but the values benefit is real good and fair. Nice rooftop view also "
