"Shower stalls are like a cruise ship. Super small. Ice machine only on lobby level. Microwaves are only in a few rooms so you need to go to lobby ask for key to other room. Great gym, pool. "

"Good location. Ala Moana shopping center is within walking distance as is the beach and downtown Waikiki. Rooms are clean and parking was convenient and hassle free. The hotel itself is due for an update, but it is clean and I had no issues."

"This is a terrible hotel. It is not on the beach. You have to use a QR code and get beach chairs from a neighboring hotel and carry it to the beach yourself: there are no hotel beach chairs. Rooms are much smaller than noted. They are not near 300 sq ft but more like 150. Closer to a 3 star then a 5 star "

"Overall the property was fantastic with everything you need within walking distance. I booked 2 rooms with ocean views and feel like I was cheated out on that. Both rooms had a slight view of the ocean but more view of Diamond head and the surrounding city than ocean. When we walked in one room for the first time there was a terrible sour like smell. I notified housekeeping and they came to spray air freshener which took the smell away for a few hours, but it came back for my entire stay. "

"Everything was amazing except for our room was located directly above the gym that is open 24 seven and we heard pounding all throughout the night all throughout the day from the weights and the resort was full capacity so we weren’t able to switch rooms so we did not get much sleep the five days we were there. "
