The amenities were good such as the hot tub was really nice, and although the pool wasn’t the cleanest, it was still okay. The ladies at reception were super friendly and lovely, which made the experience much better. However, the customer service I received over the phone when booking wasn’t great and came across as quite rude, which was disappointing and made the journey there a bit...
