"The building itself is beautiful and the room although is old is clean and comfortable. The staff are adequate… don’t go out of their way but also are not rude. Ice is only available on one floor … but a small price to pay. Great location "

"-room was clean, cool air was not working so it was quite hot (we were told to turn the power off for the temp control and open the balcony door - which we did but it is very loud outside) -staff were friendly and helpful - we tried to get discounted tickets to Ripley’s Aquarium through the concierge but she was not available so we weren’t able to get the tickets -there has to be a better way to book the pool times instead of lining up at 6am -when we eventually did get a time, my son (10 years) did love the water slide and I enjoyed the whirlpool -there was nowhere in the hotel to get a coffee after 5pm - told this by the person standing in for the concierge - many hotels offer free coffee and tea in their lobby throughout the day "
