Location is great. Still feels fairly new. They need to make sure they don’t let it fall into any disrepair keeping up maintenance etc. Only thing I will say is that the cleaners could’ve done a little better job before we checked in. Apart from that it’s a nice hotel. Some dodgies do get around the area especially at night through.

The room itself was a generous size. The bed very comfortable. The bathroom modern and clean except for a terrible drain smell that permeated the whole bathroom and if the bathroom door was left open the whole hotel room. Not pleasant at all. Centrally located.

The hotel room was beautifully clean and the bed very comfortable. The room has a large wall mounted TV, which makes for excellent viewing from the bed. The hotel is located in the CBD, so it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Rundle St Mall. Free parking is available after hours, on the surrounding streets.
