The staff has been helpful with offsite parking and restaurant suggestions. The amenities are great and the location is close to many restaurants. Beds are very comfortable and housekeeping staff was very accommodating.

For a quick work trip stay, ideal with the amenities and quick travel access around the city. Parking can easily be found in the streets and even free after 5 PM. The staff is helpful and the property is clean and all very new so makes your stay comfortable. There’s a business lounge with two desks if you’re working there as well. Great for short stays!

Very spacious room and bathroom with a bath. Huge TV which was easy to cast to was a bonus. Friendly staff and central location. Little things made it feel very good as opposed to excellent, but it was still a very enjoyable stay and is an easy recommendation.

I liked the hotel and all the staff were from Nepal, India or Philipino and they were very helpful and friendly to me. They made me a coffee downstairs and everything and always smiling and helpful. I will go back. Also, the street parking in the side streets is easy. Its a bit of a walk to town, maybe 15 minutes but you can get an E scooter. Recommended.

Clean, welcoming and well-located a block or two from the heart of the city. There's a bar with Latin music rocking in the evenings but my room was quiet and well appointed. The buffet breakfast ticked all the boxes, and check-in and check-out were very smooth.

The property was clean, and its location was convenient. Downsides: There was no on-site car park, and the designated parking area was approximately a seven-minute walk from the hotel, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage. Additionally, no luggage assistance or trolley service was provided during either check-in or check-out, despite being many staff walking around and not helping and just observing. The receptionist was not cooperative with offering a better room despite mentioning it a few times. She just told there are no rooms available.

Very clean hotel room and staff are very friendly. Ive stayed in pretty much every hotel in adelaide and this is one of the cleanest. The room is decently sized as well, didnt feel small and the TV has foxtel which is becoming a niche ammenity but is greatly appreciated. The location is not the best but only a 10-15min walk to Rundle Mall.
