"desde el inicio pésima atención, ni siquiera tenían la reservación, me dieron una equivocada, la habitacion descuidada no habia toallas, ni jabón almohadas durisimas las dizque cobijas rasposas. El personal no estaba disponible ni atento. tres veces me cambiaron el costo, no se ponen de acuerdo y no hay comunicación entre las personas encargadas de llevar las reservaciones en linea y los que atienden. Tenían descompuesta la terminal y no estan abiertos los accesos a las supuestas áreas libres....

"Opino esto por que simplemente no me abrieron, el camino para llegar estaba en reparación y golpee mi carro y del otro lado donde pude llegar solitario y muy estrecho. En pocas palabras pagué 2 días de alojamiento y no me quedé por qué no pude entrar y viajé 3 horas que al final opté por regresar a mi destino ya que fui solo a su fiesta patronal… pase la peor experiencia en tantos años que tengo viajando a conocer pueblos mágicos. Reservé y pagué y simplemente no me abrieron…. "

"The hotel staff, rooms, were as expected, clean, sanitized & comfy - our only complaint was the breakfast offered - opened 1/2 hour after designated time, person in charge didn’t even acknowledge us even after we asked for coffee- breakfast was extremely minimal and after we finished our meal coffee was finally served :( We would still rate hotel as a 10 and would stay there again but go out elsewhere for breakfast "
