It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice. Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety. Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though. Definitely would book here again when re-visiting!

The hotel is somewhat run-down; you can sleep there, but it does need some repairs.

No volveré.
