Just be aware that not all rooms have A/C. This means you may have to leave your windows open at night, which in turn means you will hear every beep, honk and vroom from the street below your window. My wife suggests buying earplugs…conveniently found at the pharmacy next door. Breakfast is humble but delicious. The tortillas are handmade in front of you. Enjoy!

Nice hotel, I have stayed here several times. This time, there was no hot water and no soap in the bathroom. The reservation said breakfast was included but it wad not. Ther offered me the smallest buffet I have ever seen for about $8 use, I declined it and ate elsewhere and had a very good breakfast at a lower price. Its ok to stay here but take your own soap an count on dining elsewhere. The staff were nice except the woman at the front desk. I like the rooms and the wifi works OK though slow at 4mb per second. There is no elevator,you need to go up the stairs....

I will not stay at that hotel again

Stayed for 5 nights and everyday the keycard had to be reset at the counter. I was given only 2 bottles of water instead of one per night. I only had two little cointainers of shampoo instead of 5.

Great economy hotel a few minutes walk from the caxa bus station. The rooms are recently refurbished the bathrooms are nice and clean. It has Cable tv Lots of stairs and no elevator so not really suitable for the handicapped or those who have trouble walking up stairs. If you lose your key, they will charge $100 Mx or about $6. I didn’t know about that in it left a bad taste in my mouth. The WiFi works most of the time but not all the time. My room did not have air conditioning but I was fine without it. It had an upright fan which kept a cool breeze blowing. Xalapa has a mild climate so it is quite comfortable most of the time without air on. My rate had a continental brake fast included. I kid the $120mx to upgrade to the buffet. DO NOT waste your money, the upgrade was just not worth it. There are plenty of nearly restaurants that offer much better breakfasts for the same price or less! All In all a great place to stay, just don’t lose your key and eat elsewhere and it will be a great stay!

El hotel está bastante cerca de la CAXA. Lo que es bueno para llegadas nocturnas a Xalapa sin tener que pagar taxi. Está en una de las avenidas principales y el centro de la ciudad está bastante cerca.

El acceso al estacionamiento al inicio le falta iluminación aunque luego es muy fácil estacionarse. Por otra parte, ya fuera del hotel y cuando uno sale del establecimiento hay una parte de la calle muy inclinada y debe subirse por ahí.
