"Staff was great, outdoor seating area was so charming, pool area was nice but we didn't go in. Beds were comfortable. We loved the dining options steps from the hotel, including the Chinese place next door to the 7 Eleven and the Mediterranean place on the other side of Santa Ana ave. We didn't try the on site restaurant, the prices seemed high. I really appreciated the filtered water in the lobby and complimentary coffee. Great price, great experience! I think I have a new favorite spot in Costa Mesa now! I'll be back! Thanks 👍"

"Staff was rude to part of my party, one of the days we had no hot water so we had to shower in freezing cold. Homeless man was living under the stairs. Very unsatisfactory stay. "

"Don’t take your services animals here they will ask for proof and of course we didn’t have it it was just a mess they aren’t friendly I had called about a month prior everything was fine until check in and our stay. "

"It’s definitely sliding down hill since it was Cambria owned. Staff was rude and dismissive, 32 parking and 19 resort fee. Breakfast was horrible. Got locked in the garage twice due to key cards not working, had to hike up the ramp with luggage at check in the rain with kids. My husband’s slipped and fell in the bathtub because the tubs have no grip on them and are completely smooth. Senior beware do NOT shower in the tub, use the separate shower. Loved this place when it was cambria :( "

"Breakfast is very basic, and no conditioner for the shower. The rooms are fine, cleanliness was average. Perfect for a quick inexpensive stop due to location along the 5 and close to restaurants. "

"Staff was awesome and very kind, location is ideal for people looking to stay close but not too close to Disney. Only issue was pillows are small and stiff; and the bed itself was rather stiff in our room."

"This Inn was within walking distance to Disneyland and many restaurants. I liked my room, I was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommended staying here!"
