Clean room, mattress was a bit uncomfortable, convenient location to Disney parks

Room was clean and the staff was courteous. It was nice having the breakfast area in the morning. Great for families.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I will say cleaning and kitchen staff have been nothing but wonderful. I returned knowing i would have graat service. I will say that on my second visit here was okay. I would like to complain about not being informed the water being shut off which was a big of an inconvenience. Secondly, the elevators were down throughout my stsy due to maintenance and that was another inconvenience. The Person who check me in was not as welcoming as the first person i had encountered in my first visit. Also, I was unable to get a refund on a second room that i requested. There were some unexpected events that was out of our control and the pair unfortunately could not come to the trip.
