Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake
Fuchun Resort Hangzhou
5.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (9)
"Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort. Food is amazing and breakfast view is like a dream. Best to stay at least 2 nights to make your travel there worth it, took us 1.75 hours to...

The East Hotel Hangzhou

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (400)
"The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. Everything was so clean, and they also provided good quality bathroom amenities. It was really a great experience. Thanks - esp to Jason, Ada and Chris at the front desk. "
The East Hotel Hangzhou
Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou
4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (315)
"I don't think this is 5 start hotel: 1) the property facilities are old, for example, the glass-door of shower room cannot prevent shower water leak to bathroom, always. 2) the swimming pool in basement is dark and dirty, with very bad smell, I didn't use but looked around. The fitting facilities and swimming pool are open to public, such as training groups, unsafe at all. 3) the main hotel entry door doesn't open to the street facing west lake (if so that'll be great), however, it's opening to...

The Dragon Hotel Hangzhou
5.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (157)
"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "
The Dragon Hotel Hangzhou
Banyan Tree Hangzhou
5.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (53)
"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."
