Top Lerchenau Hotel Reviews
Boutique Hotel Das Tigra
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Boutique Hotel Das Tigra was wonderful! They are so very attentive and thoughtful from the moment you check-in. There is always something in the lobby for guests to help themselves to whether it's tea, fresh water with lemon, a piece of fruit, or gelato! There is also a cozy bar to enjoy a drink before heading out to dinner on the town - my husband and I loved sitting outside with a glass of vino our first night. For some reviews that say otherwise, there IS an elevator - something that was rather useful with our luggage ;) The rooms were also fabulous not missing a beat with continued eco-friendly amenities that the hotel prides itself on. Being an environmentalist by trade and by heart, I sincerely appreciate the lengths this hotel went to with ensuring items were locally sourced, key cards were made of wood, & much more. We also had the brekky included which was a lovely array of eats as well as having an option to have something cooked for you by the chef. My husband and I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna! Truly a gem - close enough to walk to everything, but also perfectly removed from some of the "noisier" streets."

"Great location!"
Hotel Grand Ferdinand Vienna
8/10 Good
"We loved our stay in this quirky hotel. The staff were amazing- helpful and courteous at all times. The restaurant was great and was clearly popular with non guests as well. We loved Limon, the Italian restaurant on the roof floor- the roof terrace bar was also a favourite. We didn’t manage to dip our toes in the pool as the area quickly filled up and there were no spare beds at the time we could go, but it is a lovely roof top feature. The building has been largely preserved in its original design and decor. There are, however, a few quirks with this which pulled it to 4* for me. The electric switches are 1930s and I found it difficult to work out which controlled what- there was no explanation in the bedroom in different languages to explain. Equally, I didn’t find the safe until the last night- it’s hidden in a drawer I never opened. The layout of the bedrooms is quirky with the toilet in its own room behind a door with a very strong pull to close. All that said, once I mastered it all, it was very comfortable and was cleaned daily to a high standard. We intend to return to Vienna as it is so beautiful, and will certainly return to the Grand Ferdinand. I would highly recommend it."
Hilton Vienna Waterfront
8/10 Good
"This was a nice place to stay for a night before our flight home to US. It seemed more like basic American style hotel rooms with a nice pool area outside."
Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, beautiful, and quiet hotel across from the city park Schönbrunn."
