"Travelling for work, I though the room and room faclilities were excellent. The pool was lovely and I had it all to myself. The breakfast was ok. It took a long time to get a tea or coffee, spoons had run out and staff seemed generally overwhelmed. Some parts of the hotel seemed run down. Some of the reception staff were good but some were rude. Some of the bar and breakfast staff were good and some didn't seem to know what they were doing. There were a lot of poeple begging in the hotel...
