The greatest asset of Azalai hotel are the dedicated and professional staff, who are always willing to assist. Khalifa at the front desk (reception) was quite amazing in providing assistance in such an efficient and professional fashion.

My stay at Azalail Hotel Dakar was exceptional! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. But what really stood out was the amazing food,every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and top-quality cuisine. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the azalaï hotel in Dakar in January and we loved it. The premises are in excellent condition. The service and the food is amazing. Someone opened the door of the taxi and someone else took us to our room, I forgot his name, he was very helpful, giving us all the informations and phone numbes needed and showing us how the TV works, I felt very pampered straight from the beginning. We were checked in by Moussa who was very helpful, especially sorting out the WiFi for us. We had a room with a balcony with ocean view which was really nice. The room was spacious, the bathroom with walk-in shower was great. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. I used the gym in the morning, it had everything you need and it was clean. The infinity swimming pool was very nice and with lifeguards and the big screen with the football on was great. Aziz at the bar was amazing and attentive and Kevin our waiter was great. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, Elhadji, Fatima and Turpin took good care of us and made our stay special. The breakfast buffet is perfect, it's got everything you could possibly want from savoury to sweet. They have an egg station with the lady making omelettes, fried eggs or anything egg related. Awa was lovely and made sure we had a good breakfast. I also used the spa with an extra charge. I bought the 1 hour pass, including sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. It was great. The hotel is very well staff and feels very secure.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Azalaï with my husband! The property itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed with lovely scents of incense floating through the air that made it feel like a calm, luxurious oasis. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay—especially Ibrahima, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The infinity pool was a true highlight, with a relaxing atmosphere and great service at the poolside bar. Our room, while small, was very clean and well equipped, making it a comfortable place to rest and recharge. The only part of our experience that didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the hotel was the restaurant. We dined there the first night and found the food to be overpriced and the service not on par with the exceptional hospitality we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. That said, we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend the hotel—just with the small note that dining off-site might offer better value and experience.

The sea is right in front but rooms with ocean view have small windows, no balcony ahah is more there is a wild barren lot obstructing the view with neglected matériels and debris. After considering Terrou-Bi, Pullman, Radisson, and Azalaï, I chose Azalaï for my 8-night stay, and it exceeded all my expectations. Building and Facilities: __The hotel is spotless and stunning, from the rooms to the terrace. The pool is a highlight—safe, judgment-free, and offering spectacular ocean and garden views. The food is consistently delicious, and dining with those views is a real treat. Staff & Service: __ While the hotel itself is stunning, it’s the staff that truly made my stay exceptional. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially with my daughter. Special thanks to Awa, Marieme, Coumbis, Oumoul, Dior, and Bass in the restaurant, as well as a staff member who became my daughter’s favourite during our stay. The reception team—Josephine, Mbaye, Jessica, Adrien, and Allasane—were fantastic. A big thank you to Madame Sadio for ensuring everything was perfect.
