Clean hotel with friendly staff. Would stay again.

Parking just satisfactory. Air conditioner noisy. Hand basin required plumbing work, Staff polite and helpful - attended to the plumbing problem straight away. Hot tub/spa was comfortable. Breakfast facilities were provided. Bed comfortable with firm pillows. TV worked well, WiFi number provided.

Affordable room, comfortable bed, reasonable bathroom. Friendly staff.

Stayed for 1 night and staff was super friendly ,great value for money highly recommend and great location with only 15-20 mins walk to shopping presincts eg.rundle mall..will come back again!!

The Princes Lodge Hotel is a quaint and traditionally warm style building. It has all the character for those who are not requiring something to fancy or ultra modern. My stay was comfortable and relaxing. The only development for the future would be a developed restaurant and eating area with a suitable kitchen to service it. Also the breakfast buffet would be nice with warm food options. In conclusion the Hotel has much potential but it does not need to change drastically to fulfill any modern standards. Would stay there again anytime...

The reviews for this hotel have been really harsh and are currently undeserved. My husband and I stayed here recently and either it has improved dramatically or the previous reviewers haven't done much travelling. The property is old, I'll admit that but it was clean and really spacious. Our room had an adjoining sitting room which was great to store the luggage in. The bathroom was clean. The bedding was of good quality and was clean - no bedbugs in sight! The towels were clean. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We didn't need to check out until 12.00pm and were able to leave our luggage with the hotel until we went to the airport later that night. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the nightclub precinct and near the Rundle St mall. There was a lot of noise and music at night and this would probably disturb you if you were a light sleeper. It didn't bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to friends.

Clean and spacious apartment close to lots of eateries and within walking distant to Central market

Room good only small problem was we could hear all noises from next door and they could probably hear us.toilets flushing showers running etc walls must carry sound I guess.apart from that very comfortable.
