"EXCELLENT HOTEL & staff"
We were traveling and getting sleepy so we needed a place to stay and it's really hard not knowing the area. Hopped on Expedia & read the reviews about the Best Western and was impressed so we booked. Directions to the hotel were great, entered the lobby & was greeted by the man behind the desk. Very friendly and helpful and fast, before we knew it we were on the way to our room. Great parking lot all lit up. Opened up the door to our room & we both said, WOW. IT was such a great room, CLEAN, huge, awesome soft towels, alot of coffee for the maker, we were tired so we didn't watch much TV but it did get alot of channels and picture was really clear, the rectangle cushioned Ottoman was really a nice touch/addition to the room, comfortable chair and desk area. Really, this was a top class hotel room and we were extremely pleased and if we had to stay two or more days in the Pueblo, CO area, we would stay at this hotel. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world, custom made, fresh food (biscuits and gravy was my favorite) and a huge sitting area to eat. ALL hotels can learn from this hotel. Thank you !!!!!!

"Clean, comfortable, friendly"
Hotel was under construction, but staff made the most of it. They were friendly and responsive. Hot tub is outside and with the snow, they closed it down. I'm unclear why a path couldn't be cleared. That was the biggest let down, but overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

"Ok for the price"
The staff will treat you like your a burden on their Facebook time, but the rooms are nice and look clean; although, the smell of marijuana permeates the halls. I guess non/smoking there only applies to cigarettes. The continental breakfast is a joke as there was one mini bagel and two mini muffins along with salsa? They did have some prepackaged omelette things. Considering that it's more expensive than most of the other hotels on the same block area, a fresh pastry wouldn't have hurt the impression. Overall, clean rooms, safe interior room access, and if you don't mind apathetic staff, it's worth spending the extra $15 to $20 over the adjacent motels.

Very helpful, easy check in. One of the room keys didn't work on the outside door. Good thing one did. No volume control on the TV.

"Convenient location and price"
I was looking for a bargain place to spend the night, and I was not disappointed. However, I was disappointed that the hotel uses Styrofoam cups, plates and bowls for breakfast. It would be much more homey to have real cups and plates. In addition, I think it is common knowledge that Styrofoam is not biodegradable. Of course it is cheaper not to pay staff to put real dishes in a dishwasher, but...

The desk clerk was very rude when I went to check in, she immediately told me they don't rent rooms to local residents even though I've already paid for the room and I just haven't updated my license yet.
