Was wonderful. The bathroom sink was broken. Water would not turn on and the floors were extremely dirty. I spilled some water and wiped it up and the towel was black, but the beds were clean. The counters were clean. The toilet was clean. The floor was dirty the front desk, people compensated by giving me a discount and also letting me stay longer

Room was very clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby!!! It was nice and quiet, had everything I needed, and just an overall pleasant experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit sad but that would be my only complaint. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Unlike most hotels, we couldn't hear voices coming from outside our room. It was nice and quiet, beds were very comfortable. The only things we could complain about were the free breakfast (not enough food and coffee for the number of patrons and lack of food choices), and the coffee maker we requested from the front desk had not been cleaned. There were still grounds in the basket and the carafe was dirty. Still, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was Ambers first night alone on the job and the washer for the linens was down so needless to say there was rooms not being able to be cleaned. However after some time elapsed Amber delivered what we reserved!! The bed was very comfortable & relaxing - not to mention very quiet. Great nights sleep

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Parking is easy and accessible. Parking lot well lit at night. Grab and Go breakfast is nice. Rooms and clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Special thanks to Nellie for going above and beyond to assist me.

I was looking forward to a stress free stay. The amenities are not good. While there’s a full kitchen there is absolutely nothing in it. You have to request all items needed to use the kitchen. No plates,cups, paper towels, dis towels making it useless. Also no hair dryer. Bathroom walls were dirty and the be is an old school spring platform. Towels are very small and old. The “free breakfast “ consisted of granola bars and oranges. Was supposed to be other items such as yogurt and boiled eggs but we’re all gone and never restocked. One mother coffee was gone by 8:00 and guests were offered instant coffee packs. Gunk was built up under the bed and in all corners. It was obvious that staff were well trained in friendliness. However This hotel is not worth the cost.

My family and I love this property. It has everything I need and leans hard into convenience. The location is fantastic with lots of shopping in the area. Easy parking with good lighting helps me feel safe coming and going. The staff is great and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is the only area that could use a bit of umph as it is pretty darned basic. However, the kitchen is decent and so making breakfast is easy.
