I loved the beautiful environment around the beautiful hotel, the way the hotel grounds were well kept, the mountain ranges were beautiful, and friendly staff. Everything was great except that they did not serve breakfast. It was great having air conditioning in the room. We enjoyed seeing the air balloons being launched nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would stay there again.

Check in was easy. We didn't have any chairs on our balcony this time. When we left the hotel we received a call that we left a medical device in the room. So after the appointment we went back to get it. When we are in Colorado Springs and have to stay over night we always stay at the Satellite. Staff treat us well.

Hotel is at a convenient location. Parking space is large enough. Rooms were clean. Liked the beautiful view from balcony. Staff were excellent. Overall it was a comfortable stay and smooth experience.

The hotel was super cute and felt like the 80s! The room was super clean and staff was very friendly. Super affordable and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the springs! It was only 15 mins away from Colorado Springs downtown!

Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was broke, but the staff worked with me to use a fan to bring cool air in in the evening. The rooms were clean. They restaurant food was incredible the last time I stayed but was unfortunately closed the night I stayed this time over a holiday. It was cheap and the staff is great.

Check in was quick. Staff are great. When we go to Colorado Springs we always stay at the Satellite. We had a free breakfast on Sunday and the restaurant people were very nice. Landscape in front and outside by the pool area looks great. We will be back.

I stayed for 2 days and the young man at the front desk Ethan was so kind and helpful. The pool was the most amazing. I had an issue with my toilet the first night but the next day it was handled. The big issue for me was that there was no AC or fan we controlled in our room. Our second night was unbearable it felt like the heat was on. But our thermostat was off.

The check-in lady was super nice and helpful. I was there before breakfast service begins on Memorial Day so I went out to breakfast but found Black Bear Restaurant and it's delicious. One out of 3 elevators was broken but didn't affect me. I loved the mid-century vibe and colors. Reasonable rate! Free parking. A little out of downtown area but it was fine.

Hotel is a 8C It could very easily be a 9A ( I dont give 10's) if the bar and restaurant got their act together. The POS in the bar needs to be tied into the kitchen. 35 minutes to get an order of catfish nuggets and mac and cheese is bad. (FOOD WAS GREAT) Even worse when you are the only person in the bar. I discussed this with the bar owner. Morfe importantly FIX THE FREKING PARKING LOT. LOOKS LIKE A ROAD IN IRAN AFTER A BOMBING RUN. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Room was very clean and friendly staff. Rooms for hotel stay are only on 2 floors. Very quiet. Building is used for business suites and residential housing also which is disconcerting at first but no problem. Price for stay is very reasonable. Need to refurbish Satelite Tower at entrance. Makes property seem questionable for hotel stay.
