"dog hotel"
great place to stay if bringing the dogs. I changed my mind and did not bring dogs. Hotel was pretty clean and was being upgraded. it is convenient to the mall and I10. Not close to the beach. Biloxi was nice but being closer to beach would be better. Bed was miserable unless you sleep on the floor at home. Too hard.

"Good for the price"
I stayed in the Biloxi area to visit a friend in the Air Force Base. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were great too. I liked that the sheets and towels did not feel too bleached out and dry. The housekeeping was very kind and attentive. I felt safe leaving all my belongings in the room while I was away. The vending machines offer the convenience of snacks, or bathroom toiletries if one forgets toothpaste or floss. The air conditioning worked very well, I sometimes had to turn it off because my room would get cold. Front desk staff is very polite. Thank you so much!!!

"Great location. Great price!"
We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and even smelled like a new home in the halls. It was close by everything and the price was like half of others nearby. I would stay there again.

Room was comfortable and met our needs and staff was polite and responsive. We had to have staff dust A/C closet vents and replace mini fridge (bad odor and needed defrosting). Breakfast bar was just okay.

"No complaints except for the front desk staff"
The front desk wasn't very friendly. The lady checking us in looked like she was either on drugs or half asleep. She had a guy helping her that doesn't usually work the front desk. He didn't really know what he was doing. He asked for my debit card, and right before he swiped it to charge me, I told him I already paid when I booked online. It took the two of them about 10 minutes to figure stuff out and give me room keys. The lady that checked us out was very nice and upbeat though. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. A lot of people like the beds, but I did not. When I woke up, my back hurt. The pillows were awesome. Beware this hotel is right by a train track. We didn't hear any trains passing or any other noises when we stayed, but I just wanted to let everyone know. The breakfast was good and had sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, etc. The lady putting the food out certainly did her job replenishing everything. The waffle maker needs to be moved to the end of the counter because it’s in the way of everything where it’s at now and it was so aggravating having to move every time someone wanted a biscuit.
