"The hotel is overall ok. Room was clean and bright but had a few defects. The bathroom was incredibly small while washing your face you hit the shower, when opening the shower door you hit the sink, and when using the toilet your knees hit the sink. "Checked in and went to the room only to find someone's name on the tv welcome screen. Reported it several times. Took 4 days for it to be sorted. The was an issue with the air con in the room. Couldn't turn it down as temp just kept creeping up. Room was excessively hot even with the air con off. Had to open the door."

"The hotel was OK. It delivers what you'd expect according to it's price point. Beach access and pool were the highlights. Lowlights include the service - majority of staff unfriendly and look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Drinks were bad, the beer was the only thing that was drinkable, the cocktails were atrocious. Food was ok but a bit repetitive and many guests would push and shove others out of the way to get their fix, something akin to pigs at the trough. "

"It's a nice resort with lots of fun especially with families with kids. Food was amazing, pools and sea were amazing, kids activities were amazing... I have two complaints though; the desserts were not very good and it would be great if they add a few different water slides to the aqua park. Even with these deficiencies, it was a great holiday."
