"The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties.

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "

Azt gondolom nem lenne szabad oda jutni, hogy kérni kelljen, fel kellene tölteni szó nélkül az étkezés ideje alatt a kifogyott tányérokat. Nem volt elegendő ágy a medence körül. "Arrived at hotel late but was checked asap. Suite was clean & very comfortable. Breakfast very simple & Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Lovely pool area & massage service available. Shops, restaurants & pharmacy 5 min walk. I would recommend this hotel for solo, couples or family travelers. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya and were very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Service was consistently attentive, whether at reception, restaurants, or by the pool. The hotel is spotless, and housekeeping kept our room fresh and comfortable every day.
The facilities are excellent for both adults and children — multiple pools, easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of a free shuttle to Land of Legends. Our little one especially enjoyed the kids’ club and play areas. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to our stay.
The location is also ideal, close to Konyaaltı Beach and just a short ride to Antalya’s Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. We left with great memories and would definitely return! Special thanks to Aylin for her kindness and support throughout our stay — she truly made our visit extra memorable. "

"Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel

"The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm."
"Our recent experience at the hotel was exceptionally positive. While the establishment may not be a sprawling, high-end resort with an extensive workforce, it distinguishes itself through its outstanding staff. The personnel consistently demonstrated kindness and a positive demeanor, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort. The culinary offerings were abundant and flavorful; while one day's selections did not fully align with my preferences, I was still able to enjoy a satisfying meal. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and offered a variety of hot and cold options, along with a selection of beverages. (Consideration could be given to providing additional fruit options between-meal as a snacks, and expanding the variety of hot dishes.) The pool area maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with regular maintenance. The hotel is undeniably family-friendly. Guests who exhibit courtesy and respect towards the staff are treated with a welcoming warmth. The hotel provides private transfer services from Antalya airport at a competitive rate. Furthermore, the private beach is conveniently located, just a short two-minute walk away. Would I consider a return visit? Absolutely. Do I recommend this hotel? Without doubt, yes. "
"This hotel is nothing short of amazing. The building is beautiful, with great architecture. But the staff make the experience exceptional. Most employees of the hotel will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, accommodated and assist you.
Those who deserve a special highlight are Ozkan (hope I spelt that correctly) the Duty Manager, Ata, Efe, Taha, Canpolit and a gentleman who worked in the mornings and always wore black attire. I didn't catch his name, he made sure my coffee was perfect every morning.
Other details, the beach is 5mins away, the spa facilities are lovely, breakfast and dinner were excellent. I could go on. The malls are a drive away though, if you want to shop properly. But taxis are reasonably priced.
Although there were a few niggly issues that arose here and there, nothing to spoil the overall beauty of the holiday.
