Pity the AC was not activated due to season as kids got hot at night and fan was not great. Also very eco unfriendly with so many plastic water bottles. However, if you are vegetarian/vegan like me, it will be abit of a struggle as none of the buffet food is labelled as suitable for veggie/vegans. "Great location with beach view from the hotel. Walkable distance to the beach and taxi station. Additionally lots of dining options around the area. Room was a decent size with a cute balcony but shower/toilet was very small and also the lift (can barely fit 3 people). Cleanliness was on really good (cleaned the rooms everyday). However staff were not very approachable on the first day.Overall very good location and average property for the price we paid."

"I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting. "
