"No hot water in the hammam, no heating on the room, no more blankets for the bed. We got cold! Food was ok. Staff was generally friendly and tried their best, but that is probably the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. I won't come back."
"This hotel was very easy to get to from the tram, and is very close to the Mall (MarkAntalya), the main bazaar/shopping area, Kaleici and lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops. "We really liked all the food. Pools were big and sparkling clean. The staff worked hard to keep the entire hotel area clean at all times. Great place for kids, they have a nice playground and also another set of swings and slide by the beach. The activities for kids and adults were super creative. I highly recommend this place and I would go there again! "
"Let me start by saying the moment we checked in we were shown to our room by Baron he was extremely knowledgeable not only about the hotel but about the surrounding area and things to do. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The hotel has one main restaurant and one al a carte restaurant and a pool bar offering chips hot dogs burgers ect. The food was delicious lots of mediterranean dishes and grilled meats. The hotel is situated 11 minute walk from the old town/city which was ideal for evening shopping and going out to explore. I was hesitant as it does not have a beach front but found the picturesque cliffs to be lovely touch and believe me a sandy beach was not missed at all. If you are looking for a sandy beach Konalkyi beach is only 8mins away by taxi. All in all we had a fabulous time and can only thank the hotel staff for making it exceptional."
