"Didn’t appreciate being asked to attend timeshare presentation and even after saying no being pursued later. Level of service is poor and barely 4 star certainly not 5 star. Pools were very cold so mostly unusable during the stay. Far too many unsolicited phone calls to the room when we were trying to rest. Resort not really for me so I take that into consideration as it’s focus is more on families and party people."

We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. Leo and Gaby were wonderful, very responsive and caring and the dinners were amazing!"

"The adjoining rooms option was very nice for groups. We love the easy access to the town square, shops, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the day at the beach using the chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, and even a speaker loaned to us for free. We would love to return. "
