Lots of homeless outside shouting in the middle of the night. No sound barriers between rooms, I was woken up to someone blasting their tv at 3am.

What a dump! The room was filthy, mold and mildew around the toilet, The Bed was like sleeping on the road , it was so stiff I actually woke up with a sore back, They also must have rented a bunch of rooms to some Asians intown for the loudest talker convention, Also loved having my across the street neighbours up till 4 am smoking drugs and playing music, The only thing that would help this place look good is a fire.

The commode in the toilet was moving. The shower knob was out of adjustment. The water was either super cold or super hot. Hot side of the knob threw cold water and the cold side threw hot. Missed getting my skin burn by seconds. Pathetic on cleanliness. Wifi wasn't working. Staff too was helpless because of poor management. They tried to help but were clueless. Worst experience till date.

The hotel was ok. Not bad, not great. Outside is worse than inside. Dated. But relatively clean. Not enough towels for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Price was good and only 1 block from Save on More Centre. Which was why we were there. Hood underground parking. Great coffee shop next door.

The room door did not have the standard inside lock to prevent someone from entering when you’re inside. The elevator allowed access to rooms directly from underground garage (unsafe). The facilities were not very clean. There was not top sheet on the bed, just a comforter. Given the level of cleanliness of the facilities, I was left to wonder if the duvet had been washed between lodgers. I would not stay here again.

I was treated worse than a prostitute in this hotel. I'm an absolutely clean, discreet, and good-natured person. But this hotel I've even stayed at before has a very poorly prepared team to deal with customers, a lot of lack of respect. I hope I never come back to this place again! I believe that everything we do should be with dedication, something that these people don't have for those who are paying for the room. Consideration and respect! They're terrible.!

Since the price is cheap and maybe I need to accept it but there are are points that I didn’t like about this hotel. Cleaning for the bath was horrible. The drain for bath tub was covered with previous guest’s hair and it took long time to finish draining the water. The foot towel and bath towel were dirty and were torn also. The TV was old and there were many noises while watching it.
