"We ended up booking this place, after we had to leave another hotel due to a bad experience with cleanliness, quality, space and smell. When we arrived to this hotel, we noticed the difference right away. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very clean, they have many good amenities and plenty of space. "Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
