"Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue. "
