"The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. We unknowingly had booked our trip for a Leaf's playoff game day and were arriving close to game time. Accessing the hotel for check in was (understandably) incredibly difficult and wasn't a great experience for our young family. Aside from this, which was our error, we really enjoyed the property itself as it was beautiful/well maintained, and as mentioned before, the staff were very helpful (they gave us a room on the opposite side...

"The apt is luxuriously finished and quite inviting. It's curve spot location allows you to see all that's going on below. Loads of security features just to access the building and get to the unit which made it feel very safe. It was within walking distance to other active hubs, dining options and an event which I attended at the Public Library. Ready access to mass transit as well."

"Nice enough hotel and very friendly staff. I would probably go elsewhere next time due to the food choices and prices. All in all though it was a great weekend."

"The property is at a great location, lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shopping. There is lots of public parking, car rental as well as city transit near by. The only problem was the noise from the railway lines that are behind the property. If you’re a light sleeper then you must bring ear buds."

"Nice appartement with all you need , we did have trouble understanding concierge and parking spot paid for was not ideal for a large SUV we wr on the 35th floor nice view but for someone who is not to tech savy it is a lot of things to fill in prior and after your stay online ... "

"AC was loud but didn't work. Construction outside was difficult. Getting the car picked up by valet was really difficult."
