"Worked very well for us. Clean, safe, quite and helpful staff. it’s not a hotel but a college accommodation so miss many amenities you would need on a small trip specially some cutlery and crockery. "

"We arrived by train to go see a blue jays game but didn’t know what to do with our overnight bags. We called the life suites (where we did have a reservation) and they let us store our bags in our room while they finished housekeeping. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite (there were 4 of us) and had a lovely stay. The suite was immaculate! And to top it off the jays won their game 9-3. Thank you so much. We’ll be back!"

"Bed was hard and creaked so loud every time you moved. Pull out sofa was softer, if you can imagine. Uber couldn’t find the place the construction was terrible. "

"My stay at the embassy was good overall. the room was very clean and comfortable we had a rest full night. the staff was friendly at checking time and was helpful in a number of ways. I had some miner ups and down with the parking and going in and out of the property not knowing how to get out without paying again for parking. I asked the front staff who then informed me to use my room key and then drop them into the drop of box, however the box was not mark or label, so this was a bit up...

"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "

"The unit was excellent!! Extremely well stocked and clean. The location was absolutely perfect. There was no parking on site which worried us a bit before hand- especially that we drive a big vehicle, but we found an underground parking just next door. As mentioned in other reviews, the elevators were an issue , but that was the only negative part of our stay and hopefully it will be fixed/addressed. Great stay! We will be booking again. "
