"Lovely modern, clean, cosy and comfortable town house accomodation for our family to use as a city centre base to explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot or the excellent bus network. Two double beds and a nice double sofa bed in the lounge was able to easily accommodate our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater. Overall we were delighted with our choice of accomodation and it was a perfect place to stay."

"I stayed with my daughter and her family on a 2 week holiday, for the last few days my mother and I stayed at the adjacent property. The entire process from booking, to checking in, paying and leaving was simple. Everything we needed was there, it was warm and comfortable and also close to shops and walking distance to the CBD. One thing to watch out for - cars parked on the street can be a bit tricky to navigate dependant on the size of your car when reversing out of the driveway. Definitely on...

"This property was great for location, close to everything. The bedding configurations allow for large families. The communication between the property manager and myself was excellent. Although the property is near the road there is a fenced back yard which would make it suitable for young children. I booked this for family visiting from the North and it could not have been more suitable."

"Really nice townhouse, very clean, fresh linen, very comfortable beds beautifully made up. Requires a clothes rack and a new fitted iron board cover. Maybe more than one loo roll for a weeks stay and a fresh paper towel in the kitchen. Garage was great to have to pull the car off the road but only for small cars as the driveway is a little tight. We had a small-medium car. Pleasant stay."

"This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. The neighborhood looks a bit down and somewhat creepy at late night; trading off with walking distance to the playground, shopping district and variety of bars/restaurants. 2BR equipment is a bit inconvenient: Pots & pans provided are too small for a family. No AC, only 1~2 heater(s) in the living room but not in the bedroom."

"Loved our stay in the hotel the bath was a real highlight! Really clean and it was quieter than I thought being directly next to such a busy junction. Anyway what we found a bit sad was that takeaway in the rooms are kind off not allowed, cause of the smell, that’s what we got from the info in the room, that was a bit sad as it was really rainy and we had our dinner in the car which was not really as we thought it would be and was not really romantic.
