Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Urban Oasis

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 3 storey townhouse features modern and stylish decor, and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The bedrooms are equipped with 2x Queen beds and quality linens. Two bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with fluffy towels and bidet toilets. Conveniently located close to many top attractions, beautiful Hagley Park, Riverside Markets, and great shopping options. Fully equipped kitchen and fast speed WIFI. Close to Riverside Markets and Christchurch Hospital. If you need to visit the hospital to see loved ones, our home is also in a prime location for easy access.
This 3 storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. The living room also has a portable trundler bed to accommodate the 5th guest - sofa bed linen is an additional cost.
Upper floors accessed by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together.
Complete with your own Coffee Machine to enjoy a hot cup of coffee while travelling.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.


City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only. There is a car parking building located at the end of the street - Tu Waka Waipapa - on the corner of St Asaph Street and Hagley Ave.

Loved my stay here. Walked to the city centre easily following the beautiful Avon river. Close to the hospital. Everything was perfect within the house. I’d only say bad thing was the street parking. Would stay here absolutely again. Thank you
