"Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!"

"We wanted to stay in the snow and we got a storm on our third day there so all was white. Just what we wanted. The place is nice and we had a good time. Cooked orange rolls, raisin bread and watched a lot of movies. We did some hiking before the storm and some tubing after the storm. We also finished a large completed puzzle. Just a nice week of relaxing."

"Fantastic House , awesome amenities, beds comfy , lots of rooms for a family of 7 with Child , hot tub and Pool table such a bonus , Will definitely return - great location , 10mins Drive to heavenly Village and Casino , kids got to board, and snow mobile , tubing very close From the property. "Loved the location of this property. Very convenient to Stateline & Incline Village. The house itself had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The living room was spacious & comfy. The bedrooms were large. We found someone’s glasses in one of the beds so we did wonder if the sheets had actually been changed from the previous guests. I would be happy to stay here again."

"Perfect place for an awesome weekend get away with breath taking views of the lake right from the living room. Just a stone throw away from happening places in and around heavenly village and <10 min drive to locations in South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully designed and kept, to give that “at home” feeling. Host was super accommodative and responsive making our check-in, stay, and check-out a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without even batting an eye. "

"Cozy but big enough for a group of four to six, this is great, close to the lake, with comfy beds and linens, good lighting and furniture, a well appointed kitchen, lots of extras. Just know that both bathrooms are downstairs from living area and two floors down from beds in loft, and one is tight in size. Decor is cute and fun and welcoming. Hosts communicate well and price is reasonable for all that you get. Do stay here!"

"We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Property is in solid location, very convenient, and has some nice amenities. Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings. I was using the property a week and there was no change in this issue for the entirety of the stay."

"Great location with walking distance to heavenly village. Ideal for families with children. Clean, beautiful home."

"Cozy home. Needs a bit of updating. For example the cookware was in bad shape. No lighters or matches to get the wood burning fireplace going. The promoted games in game room, some were broken. Other wise a good place to stay with family."

"This house has an astounding view of lake tahoe. Lots of room/space for everyone. Overall, great house and location!"

"Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."

"The room and property were good quality for the price. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Not much selection and they ran out of most of the stuff by 8:30 on Sunday morning. The TV hookup was strange. The DVD player seemed to be wired across the room and when we moved in the bed, the wires seemed to disconnect and the movie stopped."
